Soderability Test
Soderability Test
The solderability test mainly tests whether the tin feeding ability of the chip pins meets the standard by simulating the tin eating ability of the pins. This test is generally used to make a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the solderability of components, printed circuit boards, solders and fluxes, etc. In the assembly and welding process of electronic products, the welding quality will directly affect the quality of the whole machine and the reliability of the whole system. Therefore, in order to avoid undesirable phenomena caused by soldering quality problems, in addition to strictly controlling process parameters to improve soldering quality, it is also necessary to conduct scientific solderability tests on printed circuit boards and electronic components. This test can well assist technical engineers in the manufacturing industry to improve product quality and zero-defect welding processes.
