The appearance inspection is mainly to observe whether the typing, year, origin, and position of the manufacturer's logo on the silkscreen part of the sampling device are accurate, whether there are signs of recoating, re-polishing and refurbishment, whether there are unknown residues on the surface of the device, and whether there are signs of re-pinning of the pins.

1. Packaging inspection includes: labels, outer packaging integrity, tape braiding, etc
2. The content of package detection includes: scratches, dirt, damage, unfilled, spilled, etc.
3. The content of printing detection includes: typos, offsets, omissions, multiple prints, blurring, tilt, displacement, word breaks, secondary coating printing, no fonts, etc.
4. The content of pin testing includes: missing pins, pin damage, pin spacing, pin width, pin curvature, pin span, pin length difference, pin standing height, pin coplanarity, pin tilt, pin oxidation, re-legging, re-ball planting, etc.
